Terms of Service

Last updated: July 31, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PostPilot.Expert, a platform operated by Nanotek Consulting Corp., 201-9300 Goreway Dr, Brampton, ON L6P 4N1 ("PostPilot.Expert," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & invite-only access

PostPilot.Expert is currently invite-only. Accounts are provisioned by our team after review; self-serve signup is not available during this stage. You must be a licensed real estate broker or salesperson in good standing with RECO (or your applicable provincial regulator) to hold an account.

2. Your account

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@postpilot.expert if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to:

  • Post accurate, current Have/Want listings that reflect real off-market opportunities or requirements you're authorized to represent
  • Use the platform only for legitimate brokerage activity
  • Respect contact-info reveals as confidential between the brokers involved
  • Comply with RECO's Code of Ethics, MLS rules, and all applicable real estate advertising regulations when publishing content, including content published to social media or run as paid ads through the platform

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or unauthorized listing information
  • Use the platform to spam, harass, or solicit brokers outside the platform's intended purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent the invite-only access model or share your account credentials
  • Use the platform's AI or automation tools to publish content you have not reviewed and approved

4. Connected social & advertising accounts

If you connect a Facebook Page, Instagram Business account, or Meta ad account, you authorize PostPilot.Expert to publish content and manage ad campaigns on your behalf, as directed by your own actions in the platform (composing a post, launching a campaign, etc.). You remain solely responsible for the content published to your accounts and for complying with Meta's own platform policies and advertising standards, as well as RECO's advertising rules. You can disconnect a social account at any time from your dashboard.

5. AI-generated content

The platform's AI composer and related tools may suggest captions or content using AI models (including Anthropic's Claude, or your own AI provider if you've configured BYOAI). AI-generated suggestions are a starting point only — you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-assisted content before it is published or sent, and for ensuring it's accurate and compliant with applicable advertising and real estate regulations.

6. Fees & billing

Paid subscription tiers are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis as described at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as we expressly state otherwise. We'll notify you before any change to your plan's pricing takes effect.

7. Account deletion

Account deletion is handled by our support team, not self-serve. Email support@postpilot.expert to request deletion of your account; see our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data upon deletion.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, lose your RECO registration, or if we discontinue the invite-only beta program you were admitted under. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify you first, except in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or legal risk.

9. Disclaimers

PostPilot.Expert is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that the platform will generate matches, leads, or any particular business outcome, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or error-free. You're solely responsible for verifying listing accuracy and regulatory compliance before publishing.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nanotek Consulting Corp. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost business, lost data, or reputational harm.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above and show an in-app notice to active brokers whenever these Terms are updated.
